Condensed Transcripts - Jilio Ryan Hunter & Olsen provides condensed transcripts which is a reduced size transcript, complete and unchanged, with 4 smaller pages (double sided) on each regular size page along with a word index. 80 pages becomes 10 pages.

E-Transcript - Jilio Ryan Hunter & Olsen can provide you with an e-transcript file of your transcript which can be used in conjunction with litigation software. This comes automatically at the time your transcript is delivered, additionally this file can be downloaded by accessing your firms secure on-line account that we provide complimentary for all of our clients.

CD-ROMS - For transcripts with exhibits, we offer an E-Binder CD-ROM which is a self executing CD-ROM that has not only your transcript with the keyword index, but scanned versions of your exhibits on it as well. For larger cases involving multiple deponents, we provide a complimentary ?bundle? that is continually being added to as the case proceeds.

ASCII Format - With every ordered transcript, we include a complimentary ASCII which can be read on any computer, and is an electronic version of your transcript.

Equipment Rental and Set up
1. High Definition Elmo & High Resolution Projector available for Daily Rental. Delivery and Set up services also provided.

2. If more elaborate equipment and technical environment (ie. Multiple monitors, scanners and printers) are required we are teamed up with a company to accommodate these requests.

Digital Evidence Creation and Presentation - Video Transcript Synchronization Preparation and Playback - We can assist with creating excerpts of specific portions of testimony you would like played back to a Judge or Jury.

We can scan all of your Trail Exhibits for importing into Powerpoint, Trial Director, Summation, Sanction or whatever program your firm is working with. For extended Trials involving a significant volume of documents we can provide a Digital Evidence Technician to assist in the courtroom with your evidence and exhibit presentation needs.

If you need assistance with Demonstrative Exhibit Creation involving Graphics, Video, Sound,etc. We have professional resources to accommodate these requests. Timelines are a specialty with the group we work with.
